This page describes the planned operation of the Saadgi Living WordPress store. Our final business policy will be confirmed before online ordering opens.
Information you share
We collect information you provide when creating an account, placing an order or contacting us, including your name, contact details, delivery address and order information. Contact enquiries and newsletter opt-ins are stored in our website administration system.
How we use it
We use this information to manage orders, respond to enquiries and operate the store. Payment processing will be handled by Razorpay once connected; this website does not collect or store your full card details. Delivery details will be shared with the chosen shipping provider to fulfil your order.
Cookies & optional tracking
Essential cookies support your cart, login and security. If configured, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel will load only when you allow their respective cookie categories. You can change your choices using Cookie preferences in the site footer. Declining optional cookies does not prevent browsing or shopping.
Newsletter
Newsletter sign-ups are optional and stored locally. No marketing emails will be sent until an email service and unsubscribe process are connected.
Contact & requests
To ask about your personal information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw a newsletter subscription, contact support@saadgiliving.in or +91 99589 01004. Our address is 5G-23, NIT 5, Faridabad, Haryana 121001, India.
When you begin checkout, the details you enter (name, contact details, address and the items in your bag) may be saved before you place your order, so we can help you complete it and send one reminder email. These saved checkout details are deleted automatically after 60 days, or as soon as your order is placed.
